Downtown Farmers Market

We had a quiet week around here. Lily and I got in the homeschooling groove again. Over Christmas, we waded at a nearby beach and the shallow water had numerous round, jelly like growth that were anchored in the sand by a single tap root. So for science this week, we tried to identify the plant-life by writing down our observations and searching the net. No luck. We need to go back and gather some more in the field data and see if we can detect any change. Randall has been planning for next week’s haul out and ordering supplies. Today was a beautiful day so we walked down to the Saturday market downtown for lunch. If I take my camera along these days, I end up sharing camera time with Lily. She likes to walk around talking pictures. Her favorite subjects seem to be dogs, cats, flowers, leaves and tree branches.
